We travel via farmlands and rural areas to the picturesque Lowveld and on to the affordable Game Lodge in the Balule Section of the Greater Kruger Park.

After a short break, during which you may unwind at the bush bar while trying a cold and truly South African beer or have a refreshing swim or just relax in the tropical gardens, we board the safe open game drive vehicle for an afternoon to night Game Drive. A qualified game ranger will show you many wild African animals and birds and as the sun sets and visibility becomes difficult, spotlights will be used to locate nocturnal species. A traditional South African dinner (Bush Braai) will be severed at the Marula Tree Boma. All meals according to any dietary requirements.

After dinner you will overnight in one of the comfortable air-conditioned en-suite thatch-roofed chalets that has mosquito nets.

You will have the indulgence of a trained field guide’s eye at hand to point out all the fauna and flora this paradise has got to offer.

This part of the Kruger National Park has the highest percentage population of giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and impala and therefor attract numerous lions and other predators.

We supply a permanent camp in Bahule Game Reserve, which is also where our open game drive vehicles are based. Safaris with accommodation in multiple rest camps are available on request.

It is important to note that this is not a private safari and more than likely there will be other guests joining you on the game drive vehicles, air-conditioned mini bus transfer vehicles as well as in the dining facility.

Although we welcome children on our safaris, we reserve the right not to allow younger children on our normal game drives. This will be entirely up to the guide’s discretion and will be in order to ensure a pleasurable game drive for all our guests (including the parents). Should this be the case, a bush bumble (kiddies game drive) will be conducted after the normal game drive, especially for the kids. We do not offer babysitting, but we can make an arrangement during the booking process. Private game drives for families can be arranged at an extra charge.

Guests flying out of OR Tambo Airport on the last day are reminded to not book any flights earlier than 19h00 (domestic) or 20h00 (international) in order to give us enough time to get you to the airport. We recommend that you rather stay over in Johannesburg if possible. Since we cannot guarantee our arrival time in Johannesburg on the last day we will not be held responsible for reimbursements of flight tickets, should we arrive later than expected. Guests flying out of Nelspruit on the last day may, depending on their flight details, not have enough time to see the Panorama Route.
